Frequently Asked Questions

Step 1: Download the GROWTECH. mobile app on your mobile device or access it from your desktop.
Step 2: Log in using the email address you used to get your digital badge. If you haven't received your digital badge yet, you can click here to register for the event for free or access the registration through the app.
Step 3: Next, you'll be required to create a password or enter a one-time code sent to your email.
Step 4: After creating your password or entering the one-time code, click the arrow to login the platform.

Step 1: Go to https://visit.growtech.com.tr/.
Step 2: Log in with the email address you used to get your badge.
Step 3: If you haven't received your badge yet, follow the registration instructions within the app.

Step 1: There are two ways to access your personal profile:

  • On your desktop, click your profile picture in the top right corner and select "My Profile" from the menu. On the left side of your screen, next to your photo, click "Edit."
  • On your mobile device, go to your profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner, and click "Edit" from the menu under your name.

Step 2: Complete all sections; more detailed profiles help you get matched with the most relevant participants.

Step 1: On your desktop, select "Exhibitor List" from the top navigation bar, or on your mobile device, access it from the home screen.
Step 2: Use the search bar or filters to browse the list.
Step 3: Click on an exhibitor or a product to get more details.
Step 4: To save an exhibitor or a product that interests you, click the bookmark icon.
Step 5: To find saved items, go to "My Event Plan" in the top navigation bar. Exhibitors will be listed under "Bookmarked Companies," and product groups under "My Wishlist."

Step 1: Click the connection icon next to the participant or speaker you want to connect with.
Step 2: Start with an introduction message about yourself and your company. Add your message to the box on the right side of the page.
Step 3: Click "SEND CONNECTION REQUEST."
Note: To track your connection requests, go to "My Event" from the top navigation bar and find the "My Contacts" section.

Step 1: Go to the profile of the exhibitor or speaker you wish to message.
Step 2: You'll find a chat box on the right side of the profile. Type your message there and click the send icon.

Step 1: When you receive a new message, a red dot will appear on the chat bubble icon at the top of your screen.
Step 2: Click the chat bubble icon to view your inbox.
Step 3: Use the dropdown menu at the top of your messages to switch between your personal inbox and your company inbox.
Step 4: Click on a message to view and reply to it.

Step 1: Go to a exhibitor's profile from the exhibitor list.
Step 2: Select one of the suggested time slots or click "see more time slots" to view all available times.
Step 3: Choose a meeting location and, if needed, add participants.
Step 4: Add a message and send your meeting request.

The contact details of every connection you make online will be saved and ready for you to download. Once all your connections are gathered in one place, it will be much easier to follow up and continue business after the event.
You'll be able to export the information of the following exhibitors:

  • Those who accepted your connection request.
  • Those who sent you an online message.
  • Those who requested a meeting with you or accepted your meeting request.

Step 1: Log in to the app from your desktop device.
Step 2: Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select "My Contacts" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: A list of your connections will appear. To export this list to an Excel file, click "Download" on the left side of the screen.
