Frequently Asked Questions

Step 1: Obtain your GROWTECH. ANTALYA 2024 digital badge from the Order Forms menu within the Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM).
Step 2: Download the GROWTECH. app on your mobile device or access it from your desktop.
Step 3: Log in to the app using the email address you used when obtaining your digital badge.
Step 4: A pop-up window will ask you to either create a password or enter the one-time code sent to your email.
Step 5: After creating your password or entering the code, click the arrow to access the platform.

Step 1: Go to https://growtech.app.swapcard.com/.
Step 2: Enter the email address you used to get your exhibitor badge for the event, and use the app password you created, then click the arrow to log in.

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Exhibitor Center" from the dropdown menu.

You can access your company profile through the Exhibitor Center.
Step 1: Go to the Exhibitor Center through your profile.
Step 2: Select the GROWTECH. ANTALYA 2024 event.
Step 3: In the navigation menu at the top left, click "Company Profile."
Step 4: Select "Overview."
Step 5: Click "Edit" to make the necessary changes or updates. All changes are saved automatically.

Step 1: Go to the Exhibitor Center menu.
Step 2: Select "Documents and Links" from the left menu.
Step 3: Click "Add Documents" on the right side of the page.
Step 4: To edit a document, hover over the document in the list and select the edit icon.

Step 1: You need to be connected with the visitor, exhibitor or your team member to send a message. To connect with someone, you may simply scan their QR code or tap on the connect button on their profile.
Step 2:
Visit the profile of the visitor, exhibitor, or team member you want to message.
Step 3: On the profile, you’ll find a message button. After tapping on this button write your message and click the send icon.

Step 1: When you receive a new message, a red dot will appear above the chat bubble icon at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Click the chat bubble icon to view your inbox.
Step 3: Use the dropdown menu at the top of your messages to switch between your personal inbox and your company inbox.
Step 4: Click on a message to view and reply to it.

Step 1: Scan the QR code on your visitor’s badge.
Step 2: Add the visitor to your contacts.
Step 3: Select one of the suggested time slots or click "see more time slots" to view all available times.
Step 4: Choose a meeting location and add participants if necessary.
Step 5: Add a message and send your meeting request.

Step 1: There are two ways to view your company meetings:
• At the top of your personal meetings page, select "View my team's meetings."
• Enter the Exhibitor Center and select "Meetings" from the left navigation bar.
Step 2: Here, you can manage all meeting requests sent to your company. Click the edit icon to modify, confirm, or cancel a meeting.
Step 3: When you click on a meeting, use the search bar titled "Participants" to find your team members and assign the meeting to them.
Step 4: To manage your company’s meeting availability, click "Manage Availability" on the right side of the page.

To scan visitor badges at the event, you must download the app.
Step 1: Log in and click the camera icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Depending on your version of the app, this icon may be on the bottom bar.
Step 2: Select QR Code.
Step 3: Align the square camera with the participant’s badge.
*The app will ask for permission to access your camera. You must grant this permission to scan visitor badges.

Step 1: Log in to the app on your desktop and go to the Exhibitor Center.
Step 2: Select GROWTECH. ANTALYA 2024.
Step 3: Select "Leads" from the left menu.
Step 4: Click "Export Leads" in the top right corner.
Step 5: You can download all your leads at once or select specific dates and sources.
