Registration and Entry

Who Can Visit the Fair?

Growtech is a specialized fair organized only for agricultural sector professionals.

You can complete your online visitor registration to  November 20, 2023 before the fair and visit the fair free of charge by showing your online badge sent to your e-mail address from your mobile device during the fair entrance.

If you have a Growtech invitation, you can enter the fair for free for 4 days by completing your registration in the registration area. If you do not have an invitation or an online visitor registration, you can enter the Growtech Fair by purchasing your ticket from the ticket sales points during the fair.

 

Fair Entrance Fee           :           100 TL

First, check your spam emails. If the mail did not reach us, you can reach us at [email protected]  or you can get your badge and enter the fair by saying your name, surname and e-mail address at the online registration counters in the fairground.

We would like to remind you that you can enter the Fair by showing your electronic badge on your mobile device, you do not have to have the printout with you.

In order to enter the fair free of charge, you must complete your free online visitor registration until November 20, 2023.

When you register online, you can enter the fairground quickly without waiting, and you do not pay any fees. We recommend all our visitors to register online so that they do not wait in line at the entrance of the fair and do not pay any fees.

Name badges that can be passed by scanning their barcodes are sent to all our visitors who register online by e-mail. By showing your online badges from your mobile devices, you can enter the fair quickly from the barcode reader area without visiting the counter.

You can get your badge by registering from the invitation entry area.

If you lose your visitor badge, you can get your badge again by saying your name, surname and e-mail address from the registration counters.

Entry is free for our disabled visitors. They can park their vehicles in the places reserved for the disabled. There are special ramps at the entrances. The fairground is on a single floor, there are disabled sections in the toilets and wheelchairs to be used if needed.

No visitor who does not have an entrance card will be able to enter our fair. We kindly ask you to forward your collective entry request to [email protected]  with your detailed contact information.

There are direct flights to Antalya International Airport from many destinations with domestic and foreign airlines. The airport is close to the hotels and the fairground and provides the most convenient transportation opportunities for our exhibitors and visitors. Antalya is very comfortable in terms of transportation and you can reach the area with one of the following options:

 

                    By bus:

You can come to the fairground by buses numbered MK81A, AF04, AF04A, AC05.

 

                    By tram:

When you get off at Pınarlı ANFAŞ Station, 100m. is within walking distance.

 

                    By vehicle:

You can reach the fairground from the junction of Pınarlı Town on the Antalya - Alanya highway.

 

                     By taxi:

You can reach the fairground in 20 minutes from the city center, 20 minutes from the bus station and 5 minutes from the airport.

We do not have a private shuttle service.

You can park your car in the open car park at Anfaş Antalya Expo Center. Parking is paid and parking management is done by Anfaş Expo Center.

Did you know that passport holders of more than 115 countries can automatically obtain a visa when entering the Republic of Turkey? You can get information about visa entry to Turkey by examining the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.

www.evisa.gov.tr, T.C. It is a government portal run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For a visa invitation letter, you must first register online. If your registration is confirmed, you will receive a "registration confirmation email" with registration number / key.

You must fill in the visa form with this registration number / key. The link to the Visa Form is included in the registration confirmation email.

After completing the form, you will receive the e-invitation via e-mail with the Subject "Visa".

Visitor Services

Is there Internet in the Fair Area?

Yes, we will have a free Wi-Fi network that you can connect to during the fair.

At Anfaş Antalya Expo Center, the restaurant service is provided by Fuar Catering indoors and outdoors.

Ambulance service is available from the start time of the fair until the end time.

Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the Growtech Fair.
